How and when do I get paid?
Since you are the seller of record on your own store, you collect the full retail price from your customer immediately. You then place the order on our website using your exclusive partner discount code. Your profit is the difference between what you charge your customer and the discounted wholesale price you pay us.
What are your shipping times and costs?
All orders ship from our Maryland, USA warehouse. Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days nationwide. We offer flat-rate shipping for dropshippers so you can easily calculate your margins without any hidden surprises at checkout.
Will my customers know the order came from you?
No. We offer "Blind Shipping" for all our dropshipping partners. This means we do not include MKGCRAFTED invoices, price tags, or promotional materials in the box. Your customers will see you as the primary brand, and we remain your silent fulfillment partner.
Do you have a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy?
Yes. To protect the brand value and ensure fair competition among our partners, we require all dropshippers to adhere to our MAP policy. This prevents "price wars" and ensures that every partner can maintain a healthy profit margin while representing a premium STEM brand.
How do I handle returns or damaged items?
We stand behind our quality. If a customer receives a damaged or defective item, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund upon receipt of photographic evidence. For "change of mind" returns, the customer or the dropshipper is responsible for the return shipping to our US warehouse.
